Cherelle Witney

Director of LIFT Performance Solutions, Cherelle Witney has consulted and coached individuals, managers, teams and organisation to create, build, maintain and redesign corporate training and facilitate organisational performance solutions for over 15 years.

This experience has been in a variety of private and public organisations with 7 years in public health and 6 years in the legal industry.  
 
In the private sector Cherelle has trained and coached people of all ages working in legal to hospitality, tourism to seniors’ education, automotive to human resources workforce planning, agriculture and graphic design. This work has focused on organisational development including vision, mission, values and building change sustainability.  Workforce design, staff retention, performance review systems, team development, manager coaching, leadership skills and facilitation of process/service improvement and redesign. 
 
Cherelle is a qualified trainer and assessor and has created over 20 customised corporate training courses focused on leadership, management, team work, conflict/communication tools and self-study skills including your time, team, task focuses versus your values, stress, fears and change resilience.  
 
Cherelle has also facilitated organisational change and development strategic planning and implementation where process redesign or re-structure has been required in organisations of 12 to 1200 people.  This work has involved creating communication models to lead and promote change across the organisation, education programs to up skill or tool box new knowledge for front line staff, manager problem solving forums and executive coaching on a shared or individual basis.
 
In 2005 Cherelle was selected as one of the Department of Health’s “Emerging Leaders” to participate in the first “100 Leaders”.  Between 2006 and 2008 Cherelle delivered Leadership training to over 6 different services in Health and has been invited to facilitate workshops and present as a guest speaker at Asia Pacific, National and State conferences on the topics of Contagious Improvement and Positive Performance Culture. 
 
Her work supporting the popular FISH! Philosophy and her customised team development concepts, conflict resolution formula and innovative positive culture programs have been successfully adopted by mining, graphic design, dairy and automotive industries since 2009 and in health since 2003.
 
Cherelle believes continuous learning is essential for a successful consultant.  She is currently studying her Masters in Leadership and Management at Curtin and bringing internationally researched learning and latest skills into LIFT’s leadership, teamwork courses and change management planning.
 
To maintain her work-to-live balance, Cherelle enjoys yoga, golf and a run with her Beagle which often becomes a sniffing walk!  She spends time with her loved ones who all talk a lot, laugh constantly and share her “need” for chocolate.  Giving her positive energy to lift you and your team’s resilience skills for the next opportunity…

Tresna Maclean

Deanne Johnston brings her task focus and legal skills to create and complete everything a dynamic growing business like LIFT needs in their office.
